I want to know the side name from we can get the deduction on given the donation.

Pl check in www.incometaxindia.gov.in > Taxlaws & rules > Acts > Income tax > chapter V1A > 80G. This is as far as the law is concerned. Regarding notification covered u/s 80 G (5), sorry to say no such notification is readily available.
