11 December 2008 Answering a question begining with the concerned notification number makes the answer brief. So remembering the notification number is indirectly becomes a must as far the examination is concerned. At the same time mentioning the date followed by the notification number is a healthy practise to be necessarily followed in examinations as well in other situations when you quote the number. This is purely my personal view practised from the days of my articleship.
