Notice u/s 139(9)of income tax act, 1961.

03 June 2017 Dear Experts, i have received a notice u/s 139(9) in respect to filed ITR4. In the said ITR4, i gave only the no account case details for the BS and PL.
Income Tax has asked me to send corrected xml as they are requiring complete BS and PL, but when i click on submit response tab on income tax site there is only a message box in which only text reply can be given,
So i want expert help, How can i file response for the said notice.

03 June 2017 You have to opt for 44AD and declare not less than 8% profit or fill the BS and P&L.

The pdf link that you have mentioned is completing an expert's solution.
But now what will you suggest, whether i should file itr4s or itr4 in response to this notice.

03 June 2017 Did you declare 8% profit in your return and ITR 4S is applicable to you( No capital gain etc.) then filr ITR 4S.
