22 July 2015 Can anyone send me the notice of AGM for the year ended 31st March, 2015 of a Private Limited Company???
And the auditors are already appointed for the next 5 years, so can I mention the appointment of auditors in Ordinary Business

Yes appointment of auditor is an ordinary business for the purpose of AGM Notice.

22 July 2015 But Sir, Once I appoint the auditors for the next 5 years in the year 2014 then is it necessary to mention it in the ordinary business again in the year 2015

22 July 2015 Dear Neha,

First proviso to Section 139(1) is very clear that the company shall place the matter relating to such appointment for ratification by members at every annual general meeting. So you have to put this resolution at every AGM.

Revert if there is any doubt.
