Notice from compliance management cel new delhi

Respected Sir

I am working in a bank. I am not filing my income tax return for the last 6 to 7 year, but last two or for days i have received notice from compliance management cell, new Delhi. He asking me i am not filing returns A.Y 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, so sir please tell me the solution.

02 March 2015 Such notices are usually being given to those persons who have discontinued their return filing and in whose respect the income tax department has received some financial information such as cash deposit in bank, FDR or property purchase etc. If you were not liable to file return based on your income being below taxable limit in all these assessment years you will have to file reply online after logging into income tax portal.
