02 January 2014 Dear Sir,

I did E-filed I. T. Return on 12/08/2013 but I could not sent the said ITR till now. Is it possible to send now or not? If not possible shall I summit the same return again?

02 January 2014 you have both the options - either wait for CBDT to extend date for submission of ITRV and then send it or, file belated return and send itrv now.
