Dear Experts,
since the last 5, 6 days i am continously posting my query but
i am so surprised Not to replied my query by any experts in this forum. it seem None of the experts has answer of my query here again my query as follow....
in IT company some software engineers are working on contract Basis. please clarify which section will be applicable on payment made to them weather 194C or 194J if 194C then is it necessary to execute contract deed,

pls also see the latest decision of Kotak securities by supreme court, wherein they have described , whta is professional services or not. in your case , in my opinion this is professional services laible for deduction u/s 194 J
