Non update of pan on the name of legal heir

kindly anyone suggest me for efilling the return of income ( audit case ). That my client was expired during the year and we got the digital signature on the name of legal heir. As so many request was made to departments email id's as mention on web-site for change pan database on the name of legal heir. But till today we have not received any reply or email. Moreover no data has been changed as required for efilling the return through legal heir. kindly suggest what to do now today is the last date of efilling return ( audit cases )

1. The legal heir (LR) has to get a DSC in his own name.
2. LH is required to make a request by sending a mail to efiling.administrator@incometaxindia.gov.in / efiling@incometaxindia.gov.in mentioning the name, PAN,Date-of-Birth of deceased as well as that of the LH along with scanned attachment of the death certificate of the deceased.
3. On receipt of above, LH would be enabled to file the return of deceased using LH’s DSC.
