SIR I AM DEFENCE EMPLOYEES I COULD NOT SUBMIT MY INCOMETAX RETURN FOR AY 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13. WHEN I LOGIN THE ONLINE IS FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR LAST TWO AY ONLY. I CAN FILE IT MANNUL AND FROM WHERE I GET THE FORMS PLEASE HELP ME

no as only for ay 13-14 onwards you can file as for precious ay it is now time barred.

you cannot either file it manually nor elctronically

but it there any way to file time barred return . Any authority who can waveoff the time bar limit
