SIR I AM DEFENCE EMPLOYEES I COULD NOT SUBMIT MY INCOMETAX RETURN FOR AY 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13. WHEN I LOGIN THE ONLINE IS FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR LAST TWO AY ONLY. I CAN FILE IT MANNUL AND FROM WHERE I GET THE FORMS PLEASE HELP ME

no as only for ay 13-14 onwards you can file as for precious ay it is now time barred.

you cannot either file it manually nor elctronically
