Non receipt of reservation letter from MCA

27 January 2010 What should be done in case where the signed copy of the letter for availability of name for new company incorporation is not received from MCA / LLP though unsigned copy has been received via email from MCA?
Is there any process to obtain duplicate copy of the said letter or company incorporation can be done without the signed copy i. e. with the unsigned one?

27 January 2010 no need to worry at all, it takes time to receive the hard copy of approval letter for name availability.

27 January 2010 Incorporation can be done without the approval letter once the name is approved.

27 January 2010 Only SRN of form 1A is required. Go ahead with out name approval letter as I said earlier since ROC is not asking that letter or it is not a mandatory attachment of e-form-1 at the time of incorporation.
