non receipt of joining letter from icici bank ltd..

hi all...
i have been selected by ICICI bank ltd in mumbai campus of ICAI on 22nd march 2011. after more than 2 months now still i have not received the joining letter from icici ltd and i have been kept on hold. i have also mailed the ICAI campus cordinator but he has not acted upon this matter. still icici bank hr people are saying it will take 15-20 days more so should i wait for this or encash other opportunities or should i compliant against icici bank to some concerned authority who arranged campus at mumbai. kindly help me what should i do...
