Non-Printable Shading in Excel

This query is : Resolved

10 April 2008 Is it possible to shade cells in Excel sheet for view only - which is non-printable. ie, if the sheet is prited, there is no shade in print-outs? If yes, how to do so?

10 April 2008 I give you a temporary solution. Copy the file to a new one. In the new one, remove shade and print. For working, use original file

10 April 2008 Thanks Mr SubbaRao,
Can any Info Tech expert give Permanent solution??

10 April 2008 go to:
file menu>page setup>sheet tab>print option>tick mark on black & white>press OK

after that give print
