Non payment of stipend

I m a article assistant and froms last 6 month my principal is not giving stipend on reapeated request ge always make excuses. So I already served 1 and half year of articleship so cn I get transfer on this ground according to regulation 67 if I make complain in institute.??? Plz suggest.

vicky, yes you can complain to the institute..sometimes articles need to stand up to the stupid principals...

Sir if my principal deny to give transfer than will institute force him to give transfer.....

well even if you complain. it is not necessary that ICAI will permit transfer even if your principal is found guilty.
