Non payment of stipend

16 March 2014 I m a article assistant and froms last 6 month my principal is not giving stipend on reapeated request ge always make excuses. So I already served 1 and half year of articleship so cn I get transfer on this ground according to regulation 67 if I make complain in institute.??? Plz suggest.

16 March 2014 vicky, yes you can complain to the institute..sometimes articles need to stand up to the stupid principals...

16 March 2014 well even if you complain. it is not necessary that ICAI will permit transfer even if your principal is found guilty.
