sir
we will not fill the return for the financial year 2012-2013 because my turnover is 9,50,000/- but i will receive tds certificate also but know income tax department is given not for non filling of it return for the financial year 2012-2013 but the return date is completed but we will do it return for this year
please give me suggestion as early as possible

if you want to file the return, please write a request letter to the concerned Commissioneer of Income Tax
