in FY 2011-12 my TDS was deducted by employer. but i have not filled my income tax return till date. please suggest me is there any way to claim TDS now.

plz reply soonest

30 March 2015 the time limit to claim under sec 139(4) as belated return was 31.3.2014 for AY 12-13 so you cannot file even this.

suggest you to take prior permission from juridictional cit and file an request under sec 119(2)b for same.
