In a co, the appointment form GNL-22 in not filed, The auditor was appointed in AGM.

For appointment of auditor you need to file ADT-1 now.
Late filing of ADT-1 causes payment of additional fee which may be up to 10 times of normal fee.

Additional fee rules says if delay > 180 days, 12 times normal fee has to be paid.

If delay is more than 30 days and up to 60 days Additional fee will be 4 times of normal filing fees.
If delay is more than 60 days and up to 90 days Additional fee will be 6 times of normal filing fees.
