18 December 2010 I want to get registre with ROC Delhi a Non Banking Finance Company (Pvt. Ltd. I want to know whether i have to take the permission From RBI if yes than it is befor registration with ROC or after.What is the procedure or form i have to use to take the permission from RBI.
