dear sir one of my client is NGO,his receipts is 200000 only, is need to file the income tax return and what certificates are to be get for exemption for IT

YOU NEED TO HAVE CERTIFICATE UNDER SEC. 12A/12AA FOR EXEMPTION. YOU NEED TO FILE THE TAX RETURN AS TRUST EVEN IF ITS REGISTERED.
