New registration for labour contractor under rcm

21 February 2017 A person, he has newly started Labour Contractor with Limited Company. Company is paying Service Tax on Labour bills under RCM "Man power supply agency code". Now Rs. 8.50 Lakh crossed. So please guide me " Is this person need to apply SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION ?".
