New pan card

09 April 2012 dear sir,
I'm having my PAN no., but I never recd. PAN card from the IT dept. somewhere in 1998-99. However, I used to get the Assessment Orders regularly.

Now I wish to apply for the same. But the problem is that, my Original residential area is under constructions and presently I am staying at my Father's own flat. I do not have proof of the current residential flat in my name. While filing e-return for AY 11-12 I have mentioned present address which is in the name of my Father.

can anybody advise me in the matter. . .
