18 December 2011 I have heard that from 1st Nov 2011 a new form no 49A is applicable which requires two photos.
Is it true? If yes, then why it is not available on tin.nsdl?

But they are still accepting old form.

There is no changes in form only now it required two photos instead of one.

and signature or thumb impression across the photo.
