if any body incorporate new company name xyz(india) pvt. ltd. so i want know how much should be minimum authorised capital.

kyoki agar koi india ya world use karta hai in between new company so kitni honi chahiye authorised capital.

Companies (name availability) rules 2011 is ammended by vide MCA circular 45/2011.Hence there is no restriction of minimum share capital for using special words in name of company
