will u pls tell me the procedure for starting a new pvt ltd company and fees to be charged for same?

fisrt of all you have to apply for director's DIN no. & digital sign by applying online form available on mca.gov.in website & submit the document for identity of director through post. then apply for the name availaiblity in form 1A. after getting name approval apply fo the incorporation in form 1 with attached MOM & AOA and also send form 32 & form 18 at the same time.

fees you can charge depend upon client Rs 5000 to Rs 10000 or more.
