20 September 2013 I have filed form IA and same was approved under old act. Can I file Form 1, Form 18 and Form 32 alongwith relevant documents and memorandum as per old law for incorporating the company or not.

As per the new provision of the CA, 2013, the ROC now demanded new format of MOA & AOA for incorporation of the new company.

I will suggest you to take consulting from ROC official thereon.

20 September 2013 Currently I would suggest you to go ahead with the routine incorporation process. Keep a track regarding requirement by ROC.
