16 September 2013 Can the recent amendment in the Company Law will applicable for the candidate who will appear exam in Nov'13.

16 September 2013 It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.

Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announcement by ICAI.

16 September 2013 The New Companies Act,2013 will not applicable for any CA students for Nov, 2013 attempt.

So read Companies Act, 1956 for preparation of Nov, 2013 attempt.
