Please let me know how to calculate net worth of a proprietorship firm & Partnership firm in detailed.
I understand that its ultimately the capital of the proprietor Or the partner is the net worth. i m right or not?

You have to add the capital of the Proprietor/partner and the profit & Loss a/c & accumulated reserves if any , Incase loss , it will reduce the capital balance
