Net worth= Net Fixed Assets+Net Working Capital-Intangible Assets
Net working Capital=Total Current Assets-Total Current Liabilities
Intangible Assets here means, debit balance of profit and loss account, preliminary or preoperative expenses which are not written off etc
or
the other method is
All partners capital a/c+if (debit balance of capital a/c is to be deducted)+reserves and surplus+credit balance of profit and loss a/c
