in negative list services by rbi is covered. what about to rbi? and also what about part time job as a lecturer in a college. is he liable to pay service tax!

part time profession not liable to pay service tax if he is employee. otherwise he pay service tax if his receipt Rs. 10 lacas in year, and to be deduct the TDS U/s 194J by the college or school or institution
