Need to maintain receipt book in case of tution center

Hello Sir
My client is a tutor and running a tution centre at his home. My question is that
1. whether to maintain receipt book for filling return?
2. Can he file return u/s 44AD?
3. What are the documents to be kept for the tution centre for the purpose of income tax?
Pl guide and confirm.

he can keep the record of the students, service offerred, amount received against service delivered.
He can opt for 44AD or 44ADA, which ever is applicable in his case.

Thanks for reply. I came to know now from the client that he is engaged with some tution center who provides home tutor services. He is working there and goes to student home to teach them. Now my question is what will be the source of income for him?
Is he require certificate from the tution centre?
Or he can show as his business of home tution?
Is he require to make receipt book for collection or some register.
Pl advise.
