my client is running a partnership firm and he would like to convert into pvt Ltd company. He need advice that, which is more beneficial to run a business after this union budget 2015. further he wants advantage and disadvantage in both sides.

it depnds on the quantum.. yes pvt ltd has a good corporate images.... so depends on the type of business he is
