29 December 2010 Dear Sir/Made,

I am Jinal Shah and I m in CA Final. My Due is in Nov.2012. I just gave the exam of NCFM-Capital MArket Dealers Module and cleared with 85%...

I heared that one can give this cerfificate on RENT....
So as I m an article, Shall I give this on rent?????

And If, I will give on rent it will violate in Rules of Articleship...

Please gide me what is preferable for me and will not create any problem in my articleship...

Jinal giving the NCFM certificate on rent is not a good Idea at all...as Now a days every employee of the broking firm should possess the NCFM certicate..details of the said certificate has to be given by the branch....if ur details gt disclosed on any competent govt. authority thn it will be considered as you are on job..
2nd thing its never a good idea to be responsible for the deeds of some othr person
