12 June 2012 Is Service Tax applicable on Services rendered by A nature Cure center in respect to Massage and Room Rent Charges?
Can anyone help me on this??

12 June 2012 Is the nature care under a license to practice ayurvedic treatment. Is it similar to a medical centre?

Renting os definately covered under service tax but residential dwelling is not. Remember one aspect services for a consideration would be taxable unless fallsunder negative list.
