30 June 2015 1. If dot (punctuation) is put in between to show that the proposed name is not identical with another, applied name will not be allowed.

2. If A.B. is the abbreviation , the name starting with that will not be allowed being vague irrespective of the punctuation in between.

30 June 2015 V.A.BRIQUETTES....is a company incorporated in MP state in Jan 2015. I presume, that company might not have violated the two conditions of MCA, as put in by me herein above,hence got registration or may be due to reasons rightly pointed out by Amol Ji.
