Name rejected by roc, brutally with unjustified reasons.

25 April 2012 I applied for the name availability in form 1A , name as "watez sky private limited", the form was not digitally signed by practicing professional so the application was transferred to the backend ROC, and he rejected the name by giving unjustified reasons.

Now I want to know if I again apply in from 1A with same name and with signature of the professional and pay fresh fees of INR 1000, will the system automatically approve the same name?

guidnace of experianced professionals is deeply required. thanks in advance.

26 April 2012 If applied afresh with the signature of the practicing professional, name will be approved vide clause 4(i) of Circular 45/2011 dated 8/7/2011 subject to subsequent withdrawal as per clause 5 of the said circular.
But clause 4(ii) of the referred circular applies if clause 2 (vi) is not thoroughly followed.
