26 November 2010 Whether application inf Form1-A for the availability of name requires DIN & DSC of both the members/subscriber ??
or of subscriber is sufficient??
Further it can be made without DSC??

without DSC not possible, as every thing is in electronic mode.

26 November 2010 1.DSC is required only for one person if the applicant and proposed director is same person.
2. Approved DIN is required for the proposed directors. If the subscribers to the MOA and AOA and the applicant are not the proposed directors, they need not require approved DIN for filing e-from 1A meaning thereby PAN card or Passport is enough other than for proposed directors.

The Form 1A also be filed by applicant other than subscriber/member and not necessary to have DSC by such members.

27 November 2010 DIN stands for Director Identification number.THose person who are proposed to be a Director, shall mandatoraily have DIN.
If the proposed company have some 5 person to be appointed as directors, all 5 should have DIN.

As far as DSC is concerned, any one proposed director shall have DSC for authentation of documents on behalf of all the person.
