PLZ HELP ME OUT
I HAD APPLIED INC-1 NAME APPROVAL OF PVT LTD COMPANY WITH SHARE CAPITAL ,THE NAME SENT FOR APPROVAL CONTAINS WORD "GROUP"
MCA HAD PUT REJECTION THAT WORD GROUP IS NOT ALLOWED,
KINDLY ADVISE AND SUGGEST HOW THIS REJECTION CAN BE REMOVED,
ON PLAIN READING OF NAME GUIDELINES NO WHERE IT IS MENTIONED THAT WORD GROUP IS NOT ALLOWED

1. The word 'group' being generic, rejection is possible.
2. If the promoters are 'novice'(can be checked with DIN),using the word 'group'attracts clause 2 (a)(xvii) of Companies (Incorporation ) Rules, 2014 which warrants rejection.
3. No suggestion to remove rejection in view of the above.
