24 November 2013 i want to register a company as logigreen pvt ltd but my friend telling me that it is compulsory to add activity name too in the name of company..???
i am providing services under it sector,
could u plz suggest me word need to be added i name

25 November 2013 it is not compulsory. however, name can be rejected if Proposed name is not according to the activities described in Main Objects.

In your case the company name suggests that you are working in the field of environment solutions etc. However, you only wish to provide IT services. So there is a possible case of rejection.
