the vendors declare that they have paid to the concerned authorities all the revenue, taxes,assessments,N.A.TAXES and other outgoings,payable in respect of the said property upto date,

Non Agricultural Tax. It is the tax levied by the revenue department for the change of use of agricultural land into non agricultural.
