I'm working in redy made garmetns manufacuring co. my co. do job work out side my business primises, so pls tell me can I deduct VAT tds and TDS both are if yes then pls let me know the sec of MVAT TDS in whcih it is rule givne ........

If job work is done by manufacturer it is not a job work, although it is pergformed outside the premises.
