Dear experts,
I am still unable to upload MVAT quarterly returns for for 2016-17.
My login has no problems and I can proceed up to the point where you select Periodic returns and select Act.
After selecting MVAT and clicking NEXT, the Unfilled periods are shown as No Data.
I have sent a mail to : mstdcdahelpdesk@gmail.com, however they have not replied.
I request any expert in this area to help resolve this issue.

did you get the quarterly form for annexures..or are you using monthly form for annexures?

I am using return template ver 1.0.002 as specified on the website. I was filing six-monthly returns up to 2015-16 but for 2016-17 it was changed to quarterly as per new rules. My return is already ready for upload however the website does not show the unfilled period as stated in my query above.
I need to file for apr - jun as well as jul - sep quarters. Both are NIL returns but I still need to file them.
Either the MVAT site is not yet accepting returns or I am making some mistake. Please advise and oblige. Thanks & regards.

M vat site has started accepting apr-jun 2016 quarter.
Since yours is NIL return, it should get uploaded.
If it is NOT showing the UNFILLED returns, please contact the concerned STO. Seem to be some data validation error. Unless the earlier returns are filled, apr-jun 2016 return does not get uploaded. But in your case web site is not showing any unfilled period.....so be in touch with the concerned STO

Thanks for your replies. No need to see STO. Just for your info, Mvat site is accepting returns for 1st quarter from 25 Oct. 2016.

Good. Our returns were being uploaded through our software. And the information is getting duly populated as well.
