Can I revise my MVAT return for FY 2016-17 now? Form 704 was filed before due date.

No, you cannot revise your MVAT return for the financial year 2016-17 now. Once Form 704 has been filed before the due date, any revisions or corrections needed should have been made before the filing deadline itself. In Maharashtra, the MVAT Act does not provide for revising returns after they have been filed, especially once they have been filed on or before the due date.
