Dear Sir,
I am a whole seller got my new TIN w.e.f 31.12.2011 so what is the due date for filing my first MVAT return.

In Your case due date for 1st return is 21st Jan For the Period 31.12.2011 to 31.12.2011 that is for one day your return is to be prepared.
As your reg is from that day 31st. you wil have to file quarterly return considering due as of 3rd Qtr.
