SIR, ONE OF MY CLIENT HAD TAKEN MVAT REGISTRATION ON 16-08-2010. THERE IS NO PURCHASE OR SALE BETWEEN 1.4.2010 TO 30.06.2010.
1) WHETHER WE NEED TO FILE QUARTERLY RETURN OR HALF HEARLY.
2) IF IT IS QUARTERLY--WHETHER FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ALSO.(NIL RETURN)
