23 August 2010 Hi, I want to start a new propreitory business of Medical Distributor and therefore has to obtain MVAT reg. no.
What are the procedure to obtain MVAT Reg No. and what are the statutory charges for that?
And also is it compulsory to obtain MVAT Reg No. irrespective of t/o of business ?

Pls inform me at earliest!!!!!
