08 February 2010 For CA final,company law reference purpose i came to know that munish's books are available in two ..workbook and text book.
Which one should be prefered?

Are they any other books authored by him for the same subject?

Do you suggest any other book for easy and better reference than his?

Out of workbook and text book select the one which is more detailed.

08 February 2010 Munish Bhandari publishes 2 books 1 is known as handbook which is like quick refrencer & other one is textbook. For first reading it is advisible to buy text book & after that if u want to have quick notes for revision then you can go for handbook.
