31 August 2010 our turnover from april 2010 till date is around Rs.13,00,000.00 In that we got payment for Rs.10,75,000.00

What is the amount of service tax payable and what is the last date for us to pay service tax ?

We got registered under service tax and newly started company. So can we pay service tax next year for this year turnover since we don't have any sales in the previous year ?

31 August 2010 You have to pay service tax on the excess over Rs. 10,00,000/- being first year of service. Being a company service tax has to be paid monthly.
