Most inpt - conversion of director loan into share capital

10 June 2015 Dear experts, 1 of my pvt company want to convert director loan into share capital. They dont have money.They r not able to repay the money & therefore the director & co wants to convert into sharecapital. my question is whether it is possible under companies act 2013.
