Sir i am applying change in particulars of DIN of one Director, my question is whether we have to Notarize the Documents of the applicant and Form DIR-7(verification of applicant) For the attachment the Form DIR-6.

DIR-7 has to be notarized being in the form of an affidavit, as the preamble says so. Proof of change in particulars are to be ATTESTED (no need to notarize)by Gazetted officer/Notary.
