Main object clause may be drafted as under.
To carry on the business of graphic designing, exhibition designing, animation,
support software for multimedia production, editing and distribution, web design,
desktop and online publishing, video production and applications for imaging
systems embedded in printers, copiers and scanners and to take up all such
works which fall within the purview of modern methods of advertising, publicity,
mass communication, marketing including export markets and applied arts in
and outside India.
