1)can we prepare moa and aoa in plain papers?
2)is it sufficient that we pay the stamp duty?
3)can we have 400 members as subscribers to memmorandum for a public company
4)what is the alternate procedure for issue of capital soon after incorporation

Yes u can make on plain paper
yes stamp duty online sufficient
yes u can have but it will be costly afairs u have to take declaration from all as per process of incorporation,require to get subsriber sheet sign from all 400
so its.not advisable
strt company with 5-10 persons.then make private placement
